What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We provide 15 days return policy for unopened products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatsoever reasons, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is in original condition.Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
Items bought during sale and promotional events are not accepted for return and exchange.
Will I receive full refund for my return?
Melmel.my will inspect every items returned to us. If your items show signs of use, we will refuse your refund request. Please make sure the items you return meet the following criteria:
– Item must be in its original condition, packaging must be unopened and product must be unused.
– Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
– Gifts with Purchase and samples must also be returned if it is included in the purchase.
– Items purchased on sale and discounts are non-exchangeable and non-returnable
What will I get back after returning the item(s)?
We will refund credit to your Melmel account within 1-14 working days.
Will you refund postage charges for return?
Customer would have to bare for the postage fee shipped back to us during return process, then we will refund a maximum of RM5.00 for your return shipping charges to your account. Please allow 14 working days for this process to be complete. We do not refund shipping charges that customer have paid during first purchase.
Customer opted to return the products under the reasons of : Dislike the product, Wrong item purchased, No longer needed will not be eligible to receive postage refund.
How can I return my purchase?
Kindly email your inquiry to email@example.com with the subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible.
Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for record purpose.
How long will it take to receive my refund/new item(s)?
Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package.
Refund will based on customer actual paid – Final payment to refund, voucher cannot change into cash term.
